Our team would like to offer our condolences to the family of the victim who was fatally injured as a result of this two-vehicle dirt bike accident.
The driver of the SUV is in our thoughts as we hope for their full recovery.
Fatal Auto Accidents in Maryland
Each year, around 1,200 people suffer injuries in motorcycle wrecks in Maryland. Approximately 6.7% of these victims end up passing away from their injuries. No one can prepare to deal with the loss of a loved one. Unfortunately, fatal crashes are just something we cannot prevent by being careful and considerate of others.
The majority of these crashes take place as a result of motorists who are negligent while sharing the road. Many motorcyclists die in accidents caused by drivers who do not check their blind spots, run red lights, and drive while distracted.
When cyclists are fatally injured in Maryland accidents, they are often survived by families who are torn apart and forced to cover towering financial burdens. When victims lose their lives as a result of negligence, their families may have legal options available to help secure financial compensation for funeral expenses and other financial burdens they face as a result of their loss.
