Potomac, MD – Bicyclist Hurt in Car Crash on Tuckerman Ln near Long Pine Trail
Potomac, MD (June 6, 2022) – A bicyclist was left injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Sunday afternoon in Potomac. At around 3:30 p.m., on June 5, the Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters were dispatched to a crash that took place on Tuckerman Lane.
Reports provided by authorities show that a bicyclist was involved in a collision with a car on Tuckerman Lane in the area near Long Pine Trail. The incident caused delays throughout the area as the police and the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services closed off a portion of the roadway as they work to clear the scene.
One person involved in the accident was injured. EMS rendered aid to the victim on site. The victim was then transported to a local hospital for further medical treatment.
At this time, the Montgomery County Police Department is investigating the crash.
