Rockville, MD – Wootton Parkway Crash near Fleet St Ends in Injuries
Rockville, MD (June 1, 2022) – Authorities were dispatched to the scene of an auto accident that left one person injured in the Rockville area on Wednesday morning, June 1. At 8:10 a.m., the Montgomery County Police Department and local firefighters went to the scene of a crash on Wootton Parkway.
Reports from MCPD show that a collision between vehicles blocked Wootton Parkway near Fleet Street by the car dealership during the morning hours. One person became trapped in their vehicle and had to be extricated by Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services.
The victim was provided care on-site and then transported by MCFRS EMS to a local hospital for further medical assistance.
The incident is under investigation by the police in Montgomery County at this time.
