Carney, MD – Two Injured in Auto Wreck on E Joppa Rd near Perring Parkway
Carney, MD (May 17, 2022) – A crash that occurred in the Carney area on Monday morning left two people seriously injured. During the early morning hours on May 16, the police and emergency crews were all requested to a crash that occurred on East Joppa Road.
Reports from the Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company show that a crash occurred on East Joppa Road at the intersection of Perring Parkway. The incident caused significant delays in the area. The police and firefighters closed off the intersection for an extended period.
Two people became trapped inside their vehicle and had to be extricated by firefighters. Both victims were rushed to area hospitals with serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
