Rockville, MD – Auto Wreck with Injuries Reported on Monument St near Maryland Ave
Rockville, MD (April 14, 2022) – A crash involving several vehicles occurred in the Rockville area on Wednesday night, sending at least one person to a Montgomery County Hospital for care. At 5:13 p.m., on April 13, the Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters with the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services were called to help on-site at a multi-vehicle collision on Monument Street.
Reports from MCPD show that three vehicles collided in the 100 block of Monument Street near Maryland Avenue in the Rockville area. The crash caused some traffic delays in the area.
Medics with MCFRS were dispatched to the crash. Victims hurt in the crash were provided medical care. At least one of the people hurt was transported by MCFRS EMS to a local hospital.
The police in Montgomery County are investigating this three-vehicle crash.
