Williamsport, MD – Car Crash with Injuries Reported on E Salisbury St
Williamsport, MD (March 27, 2022) – A motor vehicle collision between two vehicles took place in the Williamsport area on Saturday afternoon, resulting in injuries. Police and firefighters in Washington County were called to assist at a crash at around 1:10 p.m., on March 26.
Rescue workers advised that two vehicles were involved in a crash near 10 East Salisbury Street. Initially, entrapment was reported. However, firefighters found that the victims involved in the accident were able to exit their vehicles.
Medical personnel with the Williamsport Volunteer Fire and EMS provided treatment to victims. WVF EMS then transported at least one victim to a nearby hospital for evaluation and further medical care.
The Williamsport Police Department is conducting an investigation into the crash.
