Fairland, MD – Two-Vehicle Crash on Old Columbia Pike near Fairland Rd Leaves Several Injured
Fairland, MD (February 22, 2022) – Several people were hurt in a crash early Tuesday morning that involved two vehicles. At 2:26 a.m., on February 26, the Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters from Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services went to a crash that occurred on Old Columbia Pike.
The police located two cars with moderate damage on Old Columbia Pike near Fairland Road. One vehicle was up approximately 20-feet off the road. The second vehicle came to rest in the roadway.
Several patients were provided treatment by EMS with the MCFRS. At least one person was transported to a nearby hospital with traumatic injuries.
The cause of the crash is currently being investigated by the Montgomery County Police Department.
