Gaithersburg, MD – Multi-Vehicle Wreck with Injuries blocks MD-355 & Shady Grove Rd
Gaithersburg, MD (February 2, 2022) – Several vehicles crashed in Montgomery County on Wednesday evening, sending at least one person to a local hospital where they underwent emergency treatment.
Reports from the Montgomery County Police Department show that a multi-vehicle auto wreck occurred on the southbound side of Maryland State Route 355 near Shady Grove Road.
The crash blocked all travel lanes of the highway for an extended period as MCPD and firefighters cleared the site.
Injuries were confirmed as a result of this crash and injured victims were transported to local hospitals. The police in Montgomery County are investigating.
