$60,000 Settlement: Automobile Accident
Greenblatt & Veliev, LLC obtained a $60,000 settlement for a client who was injured in an automobile accident prior to litigation. This personal injury claim was settled without litigation.
At the time of the accident, the client was pulling over to the side of the road to allow emergency vehicles to pass. Another driver failed to stop and rear-ended our client, forcing her into the car immediately in front of her. This resulted in a five-car collision.
Our client suffered a severe concussion with post-traumatic headaches, dizziness, loss of concentration, and blurry vision that lasted for several months. She also suffered from a herniated disc in her lower back as a result of the accident, which required continuing treatment, and which causes residual pain.
